MOTHER’S DAY NATURE WALK
May is National Walking Month! EverWalk is thrilled to join Good Morning America in promoting a month of walk events across America and around the world!
Enjoy Mother’s Day and celebrate Mother Nature’s beauty with EverWalk‘s official naturalist, Mel Grosvenor! Hear cheerful warblers, see breathtaking views of Caesar Creek Lake, smell the fresh blooms of spring, and immerse yourself in the wonders of nature.
Feel free to ask Mel about anything you see or hear along the way. Her favorite question is “Hey Mel! What’s this?”
What to expect: 3 miles of wooded dirt trails that follow a peninsula at Caesar Creek Lake. We will begin our walk on a flat, easy part of the trail with beautiful views of the lake. It will go from easy to moderate as we continue the loop. Walkers are welcome to walk all or part of the distance. Well-mannered dogs on leashes are welcome.
Meeting place: Take the turn-off for Fifty Springs off of St. Rt. 73 between Harveysburg and the St. Rt. 73 bridge over Caesar Creek Lake. Meet at the first parking lot.
