Regular aerobic activity prevents these diseases and reduces your weight, and the good news is that all you have to do is just start moving. Regular walking of at least 30 minutes, five times a week is correlated with reduced rates of physical and mental illness.
Everyone knows that being sedentary is bad for your health. It’s not the act of sitting itself that will kill you, but the repercussions of moving too little.
